Switch Camera

This option allows you to choose from the available cameras on your device. Generally you will see an option for the front camera or the back camera.

The chosen setting is persisted across workouts and remembered even when you quit the Spark app.

Spark defaults to front camera view, so that you can see the screen while you workout, but in some use cases the rear camera may be desirable.

Information Shown on SPARK main menu

Spark Version - the full version number of the SPARK release that is installed. Can be compared against the release notes.

Logging ID - a unique ID that is unique to your version of the app. Note that this will change if you update or reinstall the SPARK app. Some workouts will require you to register your logging ID.

Group Name - this identifies the current QR Code/folder/User group containing the exercises. When you switch folders using QR codes you will see this name change.
